We arrived back in Port Lauderdale on Saturday, then hung around the Miami area
for a few days waiting for available seats home. While unpacking at the hotel in Miami,
I heard a "thunk", and looked around to find a mildly annoyed addition to the luggage.

Sunday afternoon, the girls enjoyed the Miami Museum of Science, including their climbing wall...

...And played around on the merry-go-round at Bayside Marketplace.

Monday, we headed to the Everglades Safari Park, where we rode an airboat...

...And saw a lot of alligators (and other wildlife) during the ride. This one enjoyed a marshmallow.

Emily, who used to be afraid of the plastic alligator at the mall, held a two year old alligator -
and didn't even drop him when he about jumped out of her hands.

Sarah Beth had fun with Snappy the Alligator too.

These ones were a bit too big to hold, though.
